Hand-sculpted in soft white, this lips incense holder looks like carved marble that was never fully polished. A few small raw patches of clay show through, giving it a quiet, weathered, antique feel. ( as seen in the video on Etsy Shop)

Place a stick of incense in the small hole, and let the smoke drift from the lips. It also works as a sculptural object on a shelf, vanity, or nightstand.

Note: this piece holds the incense stick but is not designed to catch falling ash — please use with a separate ash-catching tray. For a more sculptural look, skip the dish and let the ash gather on a stone surface

A few tiny specks of bare clay show on the surface and along the lower edge, as seen in the photos and video. They give the piece a soft, weathered look, like a worn stone sculpture.

The base is unglazed, as with all handmade ceramics, and may leave light marks on dark or delicate surfaces. Felt pads are recommended.

Care
Wipe clean with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Empty ash after each use. Avoid abrasive scrubbing. Incense is not included.
