Handmade Porcelain Shell Dish, Food Safe

A hand-built porcelain shell dish with deep, sweeping ridges and a scalloped edge, finished in a glossy glaze that moves from fern green to deep emerald, with soft pools of sea blue between the ridges. As the light changes, the glaze takes on a faint opal-like sheen, almost iridescent, like the inside of a shell. Along the rim, a row of sculpted spirals curls like waves breaking on the shore.

It’s food safe, so it’s ready for the table. Use it for olives, nuts, butter, flaky salt, or a little dip. It’s just as lovely holding rings and jewelry, as a soap dish, or on its own as a sculptural piece on a shelf, console, or marble tray.
