It was a windy and cold fall day but the sun was shining and the leaves were still green. The park was empty and squirrels were jumping and climbing everywhere.

We decided to do the photoshoot at Schmidts Woods Park located in Secaucus, NJ. I love this park because it has so many trees and the lighting is great! As soon as we got there I spotted some big lodges and I thought they were perfect for our fitness shoot, Cindy agreed. She did some yoga poses there and then I couldn't help to take her headshots against a beautiful green plant. I love the bokeh in that picture.

I was a bit skeptical about shooting fitness photos but I had so much fun doing it and so did Cindy!.
